The EAS Global Cycle Fund is a multi-theme/multi-manager portfolio that is an extension of our proprietary Global Cycle strategy which we have managed in SMA form since October 1, 2005. The Fund provides investors with the opportunity to participate in long-term global growth themes identified by our research team, yet with a tactical style and active hedging component in order to reduce volatility and minimize potential downside.
